UNIWORLD AT NEW TOWN RAJARHATM :
This is the largest and most innovative residential complex under construction in New Town and covers an area of 100 acres. Three phases of the project have been already launched. Due to this project, the real estate rates in New Town area have shot up in the last six months. The entire project is expected to complete by 2010-11 .
