In a bid to push sales in digital space, India’s second largest IT services company, Infosys, is embedding ‘digital specialists’ to select base of clients who are in the advanced stage of adopting newer technologies for transforming their businesses.

The Bengaluru-based firm, which started this practice last quarter, said it was helping it to be precise on its offerings with greater understanding of the client needs.

India’s second largest IT services firm Infosys on Friday said it had teamed up with Temasek to form a joint venture that will support the Singapore-based company’s digital transformation journey.

The joint venture — in which Infosys Consulting (Infosys subsidiary) holds 60 per cent stake — will be headquartered in Singapore, Infosys said in a statement.

Temasek looks to enhance its IT services through the venture in which Infosys will hold a 60 per cent stake and Temasek 40 per cent, Infosys said in a statement.

Bengaluru: Infosys said it has opened technology and innovation hub in North Carolina, taking it to three such hubs in the US. The company inaugurated its Technology and Innovation Hub in Raleigh on Wednesday (August 22). The other two were set up in Indianapolis and Connecticut recently.
