Creating a home for true carnivores, Rib Crib operates and franchises more than 50 full-service barbecue restaurants in Oklahoma, Missouri, and a half dozen other states. In addition to barbecue ribs, the chain offers brisket, pork, and smoked chicken, as well as appetizers, salads, and dessert. Customers can have Rib Crib's meat and sauces shipped anywhere in the continental US. Rib Crib also offers catering services, in which it delivers and sets up the complete meal for customers. Richoux Group (formerly Gourmet Holdings) operates a small number of restaurants and pubs under the Richoux and Amato brands. The market restaurants also serve gourmet coffee and pastries, as well as some breakfast items. Richtree Market Restaurants was formed in 2005 with backing from US-based investment group Catalyst Fund.

RMR Colorado owns and operates about 10 Black-eyed Pea restaurants in Colorado. The family dining establishments are known for serving a variety of comfort foods, including such main dishes as roast turkey and chicken fried steak; the menu also includes grilled beef, seafood, sandwiches, and a wide array of side dishes. Most of the Black-eyed Pea locations are found in the Denver area. The concept was launched in 1975 by Gene Street and Phil Cobb. Brothers Steve and Jim Shaw along with partner Alan Laughlin formed RMR Colorado to purchase the eateries from BEP Colorado Restaurants.
