Warren RECC is affiliated with the Tennessee Valley Authority and a member of Touchstone Energy, a 600-member alliance of electricity co-ops.

Western Area Power Administration is one of four power marketing agencies of the US Department of Energy, the enterprise operates 57 hydroelectric power plants and one fossil-fueled power generation facility with a combined generating capacity of 10,395 MW. It also manages and maintains more than 17,000 miles of transmission lines. Western Area Power Administration sells wholesale power to investor-owned, government-owned, and cooperative utilities, power marketers, federal agencies, native American tribes and other electricity users in 15 western states over a 1.3-million-sq.-mi. service area.

Western Farmers Electric Cooperative did the generation and transmission cooperative produces more than 1,400 MW of capacity at its coal and natural gas fueled generating plants, with two in Anadarko, one in Mooreland and one in Hugo. The cooperative pipes the juice over 3,500 miles of transmission lines to two-thirds of rural Oklahoma. Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, which is owned by its member distribution cooperatives, supplies 19 distribution co-ops and Altus Air Force base, which serve a combined half-million members.
