Welcome to Kenmore Air! Since 1946, Seattle-based Kenmore Air has provided safe, reliable, convenient air transportation to exciting destinations throughout Western Washington and British Columbia. Kingfisher Airlines has emerged as one of the leaders, behind Air India and Jet Airways. The carrier serves about 70 domestic destinations with a fleet of about 75 aircraft, including Airbus jets and ATR 72 turboprops. It maintains bases in major cities such as Delhi and Mumbai. Kingfisher Airlines is a unit of UB Holdings, best known for its United Breweries unit, and the carrier shares the Kingfisher brand with a popular Indian beer. In 2008 the carrier absorbed the operations of low-cost carrier Air Deccan, another domestic airline in which UB Holdings owned a stake. Owned by Chairman and CEO Vijay Mallya, Kingfisher Airlines began flying in 2005.

The legendary Flying Dutchman sails on alone, but KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is part of Air France-KLM, Europe's largest airline company. KLM and Air France operate from their respective hubs in Amsterdam and Paris as independent carriers, but they are working to coordinate their businesses. KLM flies to 250 destinations and operates 190 planes, including about 55 used for its KLM Cityhopper charter operations. It also owns two subsidiaries based in the Netherlands that offer budget charter and scheduled flights: Transavia and Martinair. Air France and KLM extend their worldwide networks as members of the SkyTeam alliance, which also includes carriers such as Alitalia, China Southern, and Korean Air Lines.

South Korea's leading airline, Korean Air Lines flies to about 110 cities in more than 35 countries worldwide. The Asia/Pacific region and the US account for most of its traffic. The airline extends its network as part of the SkyTeam global marketing and code-sharing alliance, led by Delta Air Lines and Air France. (Code-sharing allows carriers to sell tickets on one another's flights.) In addition to its passenger business, Korean Air is a leading air cargo carrier. Its fleet of about 125 Airbus and Boeing jets includes more than 20 freighters. The carrier has interests in aerospace components, airline catering, and hotel and limousine businesses. Its subsidiary, Jin Air, started flights in Korea in mid-2008.
