The regional airline, a subsidiary of international carrier Deutsche Lufthansa, offers scheduled passenger transportation to about 60 destinations around Europe. The carrier also offers tour packages, freight services, catering, and an airport shop. Luxair operates a fleet of about 15 aircraft, consisting mostly of regional jets. The carrier is owned by seven entities: among these, the government of Luxembourg owns 23%, Deutsche Lufthansa owns 13%, and the Banque G鮩rale du Luxembourg owns 12%.
