Tampa General Hospital keeps the medical tempo humming in west-central Florida. The hospital is the flagship facility of Texas Children's Hospital Integrated Delivery System, a health care network focused entirely on kids. The hospital relies heavily on donations and federal funding to train pediatric medical professionals, conduct extensive research, and provide full-service medical care for children. The Houston-area hospital, part of the Texas Medical Center complex, has clinical facilities for every ailment ranging from psychological troubles to surgery and the ensuing physical rehabilitation.
