Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery

Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery

Ellsworth Dairy Cooperative is based in the Heart of Wisconsin's Dairyland in the town of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, and was proclaimed the "Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin" by Governor Anthony S. Earl in 1984. Our 400 proud dairy farm family owners live near Ellsworth, throughout Wisconsin, and into Minnesota. We formed our cooperative to manufacture and sell butter. In 1966, we began our first expansion by making cheese. Two years later, we began our second expansion by selling packaged curds.

Today 100% All Natural Premium Cheddar Cheese Curds are our specialty product – and being sold nationwide. They can be purchased fresh at our on-location store, found in grocery stores or purchased online and shipped to desired locations.

Breaded cheese curds also sold on-site, in grocery stores and in restaurants - which include A&W® Restaurants nationwide and at Miller Park, Target Field, Soldier Field and other professional sports venues. They can be purchased in 1 lb. consumer retail packages - 4 ounce portion sizes and Bulk. E-Mail Us for more information or any assistance.
