Niscayah Limited was co-founded in the UK, in 1986, as Bell Security - by our former Chairman Pat Curran. ‘Bell Group plc’ was the UK-listed holding company’s name for the businesses from 1999. This became a wholly owned subsidiary of Securitas AB, which acquired Bell Group in 2004. Securitas floated-off its Security Systems' division (of which Bell was part) as Securitas Systems AB (publ) in September 2006. In 2008 the Securitas Systems Group (including Bell Security) rebranded under the name Niscayah. Niscayah specialises as a systems integrator.
