Pak's ISI join hands with pro-Khalistan outfits, forms new terror group KKRF to create unrest in India: Sources

Intelligence agencies have warned that Pakistan has joined hands with pro-Khalistani groups to create unrest in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) and Punjab in order to revive and intensify terror activities in the region.

As per intelligence sources, Pakistan has formed Kashmir Khalistan Referendum Front (KKRF) which also involves its ISI.

Pakistan is also trying to include pro-Khalistani supporters who are living in countries like the UK, Canada, and the US and seeking help from its high commissions in these countries.

Intelligence sources have revealed that Pak's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is helping KKRF to recruit youths and provide them with arms and ammunition to plan terror attacks in India.

Further, Pakistan, in order to revive terrorism in Punjab, is desperately trying to push infiltrators from across the LoC and providing them with arms and ammunition using drones as part of its K2 plan — Kashmir and Khalistan.

In the past couple of weeks, several incidents of intercepting Pakistani drones have been reported by Border Security Force (BSF) along border areas in Punjab and J&K.

Pakistan is continuing with its tactics of unprovoked ceasefire violations to help terrorists infiltrate inside J&K territory.

Earlier on Sunday, the Indian Army attacked terror launch pads inside Pakistani occupied Kashmir (PoK) and destroyed 3-4 terror camps where terrorists were waiting to infiltrate inside the Indian territory.

Meanwhile, in another setback, the US has slammed Islamabad over its continued support to terror groups, extremists who indulge in cross-border terrorism.

The acting Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Alice G Wells has hit out at Pakistan saying the US is deeply concerned over restrictions imposed on media, civil society, other groups opposing Pakistani government policies.

She also lashed out at Islamabad saying that people in the country continue to face discrimination over faith and human rights abuses.

Speaking at the human rights situation in South Asia, Alice Wells exposed the Pakistani administration mentioning people in the country are serving life sentences on blasphemy charges and even put on death row.
