Former Mahindra & Mahindra Chairman Keshub Mahindra passed away at the age of 99 on April 12, Pawan Goenka confirmend the news on his twitter handle.

Mahindra graduated from the Wharton, University of Pennsylvania and joined his father's company in 1947. At that time the Mahindras were manufacturing and selling utility vehicles. He was the chairman of the Mumbai-listed conglomerate from 1963 to 2012. Anand Mahindra, his nephew succeeded him after he retired from the job.

Nestle India on Wednesday announced an interim dividend of Rs 27 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2023, the company said in a BSE filing.

The FMCG giant has fixed 21 April as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for interim dividend payment.

Apple on Tuesday announced that it will open its doors to customers at two new retail locations in India from next week. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Adani Enterprises, and Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) have acquired plots in what is going to become the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub, The Financial Express (FE) reported. The tech hub is expected to be completed and made operational by the end of 2025.

Tata Sons is likely to come up with an Air India ground-handling services company to cater to the airline's increasing in-house needs as well as provide shared services to other carriers, a report in the Economic Times (ET) said. The plan may also include putting Air India's earlier ground-handling entity, Air India Air Transport Services (AIASL).

The Adani Electricity Mumbai (AEML) has topped the list of power distribution companies (discoms) in the latest ranking released by the power ministry, ending the decade-old domination of discoms of Gujarat.
