Vodafone India, second largest telecom operator after Airtel, today launched its fourth generation (4G) network services in Kochi and said it would soon roll out the mobile broadband network in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Delhi.
The company had announced launching 4G services in late August this year, the same month when Airtel rolled out the high speed network in circles where it has the required spectrum. Vodafone has plans to start the service in the five key locations in first phase starting this month.
