Donald Trump, Google CEO Sundar Pichai discuss military, China

President Donald Trump said he met Wednesday with Google Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai to discuss the U.S. military amid an extended political furor over the tech giant’s efforts in China.

The meeting didn’t appear on Trump’s official schedule. Pichai planned a meeting Wednesday in Washington with General Joseph Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, according to a person familiar with the matter.
