The Supreme Court on Monday upheld the constitutional validity of the SC/ST Amendment Act, 2018. The legislation rules out any provisions for anticipatory bail for a person accused of atrocities against SC/STs.

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) slipped 5 per cent to Rs 538 on the BSE on Monday after the automaker reported a 73 per cent year on year (YoY) drop in its consolidated net profit at Rs 380 crore in December quarter (Q3FY20).
