In March 2001, iSqFt forged an exclusive strategic partnership with the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Through this partnership, iSqFt works with AGC chapters to build and maintain Internet Plan Rooms within local markets.

In November 2004, iSqFt was ranked first among construction firms in Inc. magazine's Inc. 500 ranking of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. More recently, the company's CEO/president, Dave Conway, was recognized with the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the South Central Ohio and Kentucky region in the Technology category. The company is also a recipient of the 2005 Deal Maker Awards presented by the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

After a second consecutive year placing on the Inc. magazine Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. and the subsequent addition of hundreds of general contractors and thousands of subcontractor members in the last year alone, iSqFt is today the country's largest provider of online preconstruction management services to the construction industry.
