Public Health Trust Of Miami-Dade County Florida

Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County looks out for the sun-baked citizens of South Florida. The trust operates the Jackson Health System (JHS), which is comprised of three acute-care hospitals, two specialty hospitals, and a psychiatric hospital. JHS also operates numerous primary care clinics, two long-term care facilities, and a network of behavioral health centers throughout Miami-Dade County. The system's flagship facility, Jackson Memorial Hospital, has roughly 1,500 beds and offers a wide variety of services, including burn treatment, trauma, pediatrics, rehabilitation, obstetrics, and transplants. It is also a teaching facility for the University of Miami School of Medicine.
