The Oakland Raiders professional football team is one of the more storied franchises in the National Football League. Known to supporters as the Light Blues, the team boasts a record 52 league titles and 25 Scottish League Cups. The club was started in 1873 and plays host at Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow. Rangers Football Club generates revenue through ticket sales, sponsorships, and broadcasting rights fees. Former chairman David Murray, who has interests in mining, property development, and customer call centers, controls nearly the entire company.
