In business since 1985, Renee's Gourmet Foods was owned by founders Arnold and Renee Unger who put it on the auction block in 2006. After attracting attention from a handful of multinational food giants, the couple sold renee's company to Heinz Canada that same year. Renee's Gourmet Foods is a saucy dish. Renee's Gourmet company makes refrigerated salad dressings, sauces, dips, marinades, and mayonnaise; all are made without using preservatives or additives. Renee's Gourmet company also produces and markets A.1. Steak Sauce in Canada. Its customers include foodservice operators.
