Founded in 1987, the family-owned Montalvan's Sales, Inc. is licensed by the USDA to produce various meat products. Montalvan's Sales company imports ethnic foods from the Caribbean, Polynesia, and Central and South American countries, which it supplies to food merchants throughout the western US. Its product list includes canned meats, fresh produce, snack foods, condiments, and spices, and its labels include Arnott's, Bijol, Pilon, El Ebro, Colombiana, Lizano, Pony, Pan Pa' Ya!', and Riquitas.
