We are a Delaware limited partnership recently formed by Cheniere Energy, Inc. through our wholly owned subsidiary, Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. We will develop, own and operate the Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal currently under construction in western Cameron Parish, Louisiana on the Sabine Pass Channel. Our primary business objectives are to complete construction of the Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal and, thereafter, to generate stable cash flows sufficient to pay the initial quarterly distribution to our unitholders and, over time, to increase our quarterly cash distribution.

China Resources Gas Group Limited (“CR Gas”) is principally engaged in city gas distribution business including piped natural or petroleum gas distribution and operating CNG (compressed natural gas) filling stations in PRC. Its piped natural gas operations are strategically located in areas of China with rich reserves of natural gas and areas which are economically more developed and densely populated. Its operation covers provincial capitals and major cities such as Chengdu, Nanjing, Wuhan, Kunming, Jinan, Wuxi, Suzhou, etc. The continued economic growth and the rapid industrialisation and urbanisation in China has spiked the demand for energy in China. In order to reduce reliance on polluting energy sources such as coal and crude oil, the PRC government has, in recent years, initiated various measure to promote the development and utilisation of less polluting energy sources such as natural gas, which is considered a cleaner but relatively new conventional energy source compared to coal and crude oil.

Colonial Pipeline Co. is an interstate common carrier of petroleum products. Each day, it delivers an average of 100 million gallons of gasolines, kerosenes, home heating oils, diesel fuels and national defense fuels to shipper terminals in 12 states and the District of Columbia. The 5,519-mile Colonial system transports these fuels primarily from refineries in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama to 267 marketing terminals serving the communities across the South and Eastern United States.

Colorado Interstate Gas knows that there is no fuel like an old fuel -- natural gas. Founded in 1927, the company, a subsidiary of El Paso Corp., transports natural gas from fields in the Rocky Mountains and the Anadarko Basin to customers in the Rocky Mountains, Midwest, Southwest, Pacific Northwest, and California. All told, Colorado Interstate Gas has some 4,000 miles of pipeline that can carry more than 3 billion cu. ft. per day. It has storage facilities in Colorado and Kansas. It also has a 50% stake in WYCO Development LLC, a joint venture with an affiliate of Xcel Energy, which owns and operates an intrastate gas pipeline.

Copano was founded in 1992 by John R. Eckel, Jr., who served as its Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer until his death in November 2009. Under his leadership, Copano grew from a single 23-mile pipeline to a successful midstream natural gas company with over 6,000 miles of pipe and seven processing plants. John maintained that Copano’s greatest asset was its people, and his commitment to Copano’s employees and producers was a constant that helped shape our company’s culture. We are a midstream natural gas company providing comprehensive services to natural gas producers, including natural gas gathering, intrastate transmission, processing, conditioning and treating. Our operations are located in Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and Louisiana. We provide midstream services to producers of about 1,700,000 MMBtu per day of natural gas.
