The plant was set up in the year 1994 with a capacity to process 3 lakh litres of milk per day. In 2001, the company could not able to manage its affairs during recession so it turned as sick industrial company and registered with BIFR. In 2006, after change of management, the new management rehabilitated the unit and cleared the dues of the secured creditors and turned its net worth positive.
