To achieve the objective, high quality Digital Head Ends were installed at a cost of approximately Rs.8 Crore each at Thanjvur, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli and Vellore with control rooms and without control rooms at Madurai and Trichy.

It was established by Trio-engineers namely Mr. Ajay Kamankar, Mr. Ashutosh Kane, and Mr. Jagdish Paliya in the year 1991 with aim of getting up satellite network in the heart of India, Nagpur.
