Bheemla Nayak is an upcoming Telugu-language action thriller film directed by Saagar K. Chandra from a screenplay written by Trivikram Srinivas.
The movie is a remake of the 2020 Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum by Sachy.
The film is Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments.
The film stars Pawan Kalyan, Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menen and Samyuktha Menon.
The film was officially announced in October 2020.
Principal photography of the film commenced in January 2021 in Hyderabad.
Filming was briefly halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resumed in July 2021.
The film has music composed by S. Thaman with cinematography and editing performed by Ravi K. Chandran and Naveen Nooli respectively.
Writer-director Trivikram Srinivas was hired for the film's screenplay and dialogues.
The film is scheduled for release on 12 January 2022, coinciding with Sankranti.
