She is making her acting debut opposite Akkineni Akhil in the Tollywood movie Akhil: The Power of Jua.

She is the grand niece of the veteran actor Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu and the daughter of Sumeet Saigal and Shaheen Banu.

Her father, Sumit is now married to Farha, Tabu's sister. Sumeet and Shaheen both actors have been separated since 14 years. Sayesha has been living with her mother in their Bandra house.

She has been trained in both the forms of dance including Western and Indian classical called Kathak.

She will soon be seen opposite Rajneesh Duggal in R Vision India Pvt Ltd's film Udanchoo, directed by Vipin Parasher. The film also stars Prem Chopra and Ashutosh Rana.

She has also been cast opposite Ajay Devgan in the upcoming Bollywood film Shivaay. The movie will be directed by Ajay Devgan and produced by Eros International.

She is the student of Second Year Junior College in Bombay, at the time of her debut film Akhil.

Salman Khan is extremely keen on looking at Sayesha's rushes from Shivaay and has shown interest in her career.

She is also locked for the most ambitious venture of Balaji Film based on a super hero. It will be directed by Remo D Souza.
