The Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has kept the initial public offering (IPO) of Adani Wilmar in abeyance.

The website of the capital market regulator showed that the Rs 4,500 crore issue has been kept in abeyance.

Facebook India on Friday announced a new programme called the Small Business Loans Initiative, in partnership with online lending platform Indifi, to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) that advertise on Facebook to get quick access to credit through independent lending partners.

Low-cost airline SpiceJet has been granted relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court which has asked the GST department to consider and pass an order on the airline’s plea of paying the tax dues in instalments.
