The Pan-European Commission on Health and Sustainable Development convened by the World Health Organization (WHO) called for global governance and recommended the establishment of a Global Health Board "under the auspices of the G20".

The Commission made the remarks during a press conference at the WHO Regional Office in Copenhagen on Friday.

On Thursday, the market price of Oil India rose to Rs 198.70 as the stock rallied 5 per cent on the BSE. In the past one month, the stock has jumped 15 per cent, as compared to a 7 per cent rise in the S&P BSE Sensex. Meanwhile, ONGC was up 3.5 per cent at Rs 123.10, trading close to its 52-week high level of Rs 128.45 touched on June 15, 2021.

However, the company later released a tweet acknowledging problems with the website and platform. The time for starting the sale was then pushed to 9 PM. Ola CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal then issued a statement late in the evening regarding the technical glitches facing the website.

India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corp. is exploring a purchase of a significant minority stake in the $4 billion-plus Sangomar oil project off the coast of Senegal from Woodside Petroleum Ltd., according to people familiar with the matter.

State-owned ONGC is discussing acquiring an interest of 20% to 40% in the field, the people said, asking not to be identified as the matter is private. Australia-based Woodside is working with Jefferies Financial Group Inc. on the sale, which could also attract other suitors, the people said.
