Suzlon Energy shares tanked up to 4.4 per cent at Rs 76.20 per share on the BSE in Thursday’s intraday trade. This came after Suzlon Energy received advisory and warning letters from both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE due to non-compliance with SEBI’s listing obligations and disclosure requirements (LODR). The warnings pertain to the company's handling of disclosures regarding the resignation of independent director Marc Desaedeleer.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday summoned former cricketer and Congress leader Mohammad Azharuddin in connection with a money laundering probe involving the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA). Azharuddin, who once served as president of the HCA, faces allegations of fund misappropriation during his tenure, India Today reported.

This is the first summons issued to Azharuddin, who is required to appear before the central agency today.

The price increase will take effect from October 1, according to data available on Indian Oil’s website. The cost of 14 kg domestic LPG cylinders remains at Rs 803.

The deceased, Tarun Saxena, was found hanging at his home on Sunday. A suicide note recovered by the police has raised serious allegations of exploitation by his superiors at Bajaj Finance, where Saxena was employed as an area manager.
