Bajaj Electricals Q1 net up 12% at Rs 22.87 cr

Bajaj Electricals today reported a 11.94 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 22.87 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 20.43 crore in the same period last fiscal, Bajaj Electricals said in a BSE filing.

Leading stock exchange BSE today said it has got approval from the Corporate Affairs Ministry to establish BSE International Exchange and BSE International Clearing Corporation at Gujarat International Finance Tec-city (GIFT).

The exchange had signed an MoU with GIFT SEZ Ltd in January 2015 to set up the two entities at the GIFT city -- India's first International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
