CARE downgrades NCDs of Yes Bank promoter MCPL

CARE Ratings on Tuesday downgraded non-convertible debentures of Morgan Credits (MCPL) to ‘BBB-’ from ‘A-’. MCPL is one of the promoter entities of Yes Bank holding a 3.03% stake in the lender as on March 31, 2019. Data from Value Research show that debt mutual funds of Reliance Mutual Fund hold Rs 913.47 crore in debt papers issued by MPCL.

On the second day after the implementation of the new Motor vehicle Act (2019), Ahmedabad traffic police department issued 4595 challans to the offender and a total of Rs 28.08 lakh fine was collected by the cops for violating the rules.

According to police officials, the 4595 challans issued by cops, include both spot and e-challans. Out of the 4595 challans, 2040 were spot challan and a total of Rs8.45lakh fine recovered from the violators.
