Together, the refineries have a processing capacity of about 500,000 barrels of oil per day. Cenovus Energy was formed in late 2009 as a spinoff of EnCana.

Century Energy Ltd. is a junior oil and gas exploration company actively pursuing exploration opportunities in Canada and South America. Century Energy Ltd. owns the petroleum and natural gas rights to 1,100 acres in the Bakken oil formation in Southern Saskatchewan. In conjunction with TriAxon Resources Ltd.
