Dialight plc

Dialight plc

Dialight company changed its name from Roxboro to Dialight in 2005, after it sold off one of its main subsidiaries. That unit, called Solartron, made analytical equipment used to measure level, pressure, flow, viscosity, and temperature for applications in the energy and manufacturing industries. It was the company's second big divestment; it had earlier sold off its Weston Group subsidiary, a maker of aerospace sensors, to Esterline Technologies. After hiving off these units, the company renamed itself after its remaining Dialight unit, which makes LED indicators used in airport, bus, rail, and traffic signal applications.
