Maxor National Pharmacy Services provides healthcare and pharmacy services including retail and mail order prescriptions (Maxor Pharmacies), pharmacy benefits management (MaxorPlus), pharmacy consulting (Maxor Pharmacy Consulting Services), and infusion and injection services (IVSolutions). The company operates more than a dozen Maxor Pharmacy stores, mostly in Texas and Washington, but also in Colorado and New York. Navarro holds a 17% market share in South Florida with annual sales in excess of $320 million, making the company the most profitable performer on a sales-per-square foot basis than any other drug chain in recent years. Further expansion plans are firmly in place with new stores projected to open each year. In order to fuel expansion, in 2007 Navarro Discount Pharmacies partnered with MBF Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm headed by Mike Fernandez, who commands over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. This partnership has positioned Navarro to expand its presence in the market and achieve its vision of becoming the first choice pharmacy and discount drug chain store for families in each community we serve.

Paragon Pharmacies was formed by a reverse merger with Rinoa Enterprises in 2008. Paragon Pharmacies harkens back to the ideal of an old-fashioned community drugstore -- albeit one with electronic refills that has its own Facebook page. The company operates about 18 retail pharmacies, three central fill pharmacies, and one home healthcare operation in Western Canada. The stores -- operating under the Paragon Community Pharmacy and Super Drug Mart brands -- are located in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. Paragon also offers prescription services to assisted living and long-term care facilities through its Paragon Home Health brand.

Peoples Drug Mart operates about 45 drugstores throughout British Columbia under the Peoples Drug Mart and Peoples Pharmacy banners. The stores stock a number of wellness and household products under its own People First brand as well as other national brands. About 70% of the company's stores are located in rural communities and are equipped with pharmacists who are trained in palliative care. Drug stores running under the Peoples Drug Mart and Peoples Pharmacy names are independently owned.
