Established in 1941, Miles Memorial Hospital is a subsidiary of Lincoln County Healthcare. Its board of trustees is comprised of individuals who live throughout Lincoln County. The administration and management teams serve both Miles Memorial Hospital and St. Andrews Hospital in Boothbay Harbor. Miles' most unique characteristic is its broad range of health care services. Millinocket Regional Hospital provides medical services to the residents of Millinocket, Maine and its surrounding areas. The hospital has 25 critical access beds and offers specialized services such as orthopedics, surgery, pediatrics, emergency medicine, cancer care, and cardiac rehabilitation. It also provides a long term care unit, as well as an occupational wellness center. Millinocket Regional Hospital is a founding member of the Maine Health Alliance and employs a medical staff including nearly 20 physicians.

Mills-Peninsula Health Services provides care to communities in and around Burlingame, California. The group includes Peninsula Medical Center, an acute-care hospital in Burlingame; Mills Health Center, an outpatient diagnostic, surgery, and rehabilitation facility in San Mateo; and a skilled nursing center in Burlingame. The facilities have more than 400 beds and provide specialty services such as cancer care, cardiovascular therapy, behavioral health, radiology, respiratory care, and senior services. The health system's inpatient rehabilitation program is part of the Mills Health Center. Mills-Peninsula Health Services is part of the Sutter Health network.
