High Point Films and TV is an independent global producer and distributor of films and other programs for theatrical, television, video, DVD, and ancillary markets. The company has a catalog of titles from genres including crime, horror, and cult films. Its titles, from producers all over the globe, include human-trafficking TV drama series Matrioshki, comedy films The Best Man and Chaos and Cadavers, and film dramas Gay in Amsterdam and Cloaca (adapted from a theatrical production directed by Kevin Spacey).

Highlight Communications Constantin Film unit markets movie licensing rights for such import box office hits as Lost in Translation and domestic films as Bibi Blocksberg to theaters and TV stations. Its home entertainment division sells videos and DVDs wholesale to third-party retail outlets. Highlight's sports division administers sports marketing and handles the TV, sponsorship, and merchandising rights for the UEFA Champions League (European football) through its 80% stake in Team Holding. German pay-TV operator Constantin Medien (formerly EM.Sport Media) owns 47% of the company.

Horizon Motion Pictures develops, produces, and distributes international independent feature films, documentaries, and television programming. The company has a library of Canadian, US, and Japanese films, which are actively marketed at film festivals and other venues, including AFM, Cannes, MIP, MIFED, and the London Screenings. Among the films distributed by Horizon is the Japanese movie upon which the US horror hit The Ring was based. Horizon Motion Pictures was founded in 1989 by president Rob Straight, who also owns the company.

IM Internationalmedia is the result of a merger between film distribution companies Intermedia and Pacifica Entertainment. Internationalmedia offers motion picture development, financing, and distribution through its Intermedia Films and Intermedia Cinema operations in Germany, the UK, and the US. Among the films it has handled are Adaptation, Gangs of New York, Nurse Betty, and Alexander. Intermedia TV develops, finances, produces, and distributes TV formats for the international market. The financially troubled company declared bankruptcy in 2008.
