OCV Fabrics US, Inc.
OCV Fabrics US is reinforcing its place in the technical "fabric of our lives." Incorporating glass, carbon, and Kevlar, OCV makes a line of fiber woven products, used to reinforce an array of technical fabrics and plastic parts. End uses include canoes to snowboards, window blinds, car parts, industrial tanks, and pipes. OCV's primary markets include transportation, building and construction, marine, telecommunications, and consumer goods. The company has factories in Maine and Texas. Formerly Saint-Gobain BTI, OCV was recreated when Owens Corning acquired the reinforcements and composite fabrics businesses of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in 2007. OCV is part of Owens Corning's technical fabrics segment.
