Founder, chairman, and CEO Patrice Macar and other members of management hold about 54% of DreamNex.

EPE and The Elvis Presley Trust were wholly owned by Elvis' daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, until 2005 when she sold an 85% stake to entertainment investor Robert Sillerman's CKX.
