Yohay Baking Company, Inc.

After a few bites, cookie consumers are known to yell "Yohay!" instead of "Hooray!" That is, if they're eating Yohay Baking Company's products, they do. The company makes and markets packaged cookies, biscotti, wafer rolls, waffle wafers, fudge, cookie spoons, cookie straws, cookie "cigars" (for proud new daddies to pass out), and other bakery and pastry products. Its customers include foodservice operators, retail grocery stores, and individual consumers. Yohay Baking, which has been in business since 1948, is owned by president Michael Solomon.
