Studysmart Consulting Inc. is a young and expanding organization initially formed by a family that migrated to Canada and went through the challenges of finding and placing their children for higher education. Having overcome the challenges, their children are now well settled and actively contributing to society as responsible citizens.

The Association of Boards of School Education (AOBSE) has been established by an Act XXI of 1860 of Govt. of India. It is an association of all Boards of School Education in India and abroad. It works for the promotion of school education including curriculum reforms and improvement of Educational systems by interacting with NCERT/CBSE/NUEPA/NCTE. Association of Boards of School Education (AOBSE) will also help School Education boards in preparing quality syllabus and course materials in accordance with National Curriculum Framework 2005 prepared by NCERT. It will also ensure the work relating to verification and genuineness of Education Boards. Association of Boards of School Education (AOBSE) will provide membership to the School Education Boards in India and abroad, as per guidelines and rules of AOBSE.

The Council is financed mainly by grants from the Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Department of Health) though the other source of income of the Council is the 1/4th share of fees realized every year by various State Dental Councils under section 53 of the Dentists Act, Inspection fee from the various Dental Institutions for Inspecting under Section 15 of the Dentists Act, 1948 and application fee from the organization to apply for permission to set up new Dental College, opening of higher Courses of study and increase of admission capacity in Dental Colleges under section 10A of the Dentists Act, 1948 as amended by the Dentists (Amendment) Act, 1993.

The Indian Nursing Council is an Autonomous Body under the Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare was constituted by the Central Government under section 3(1) of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 of parliament in order to establish a uniform standard of training for nurses, Midwives and health visitors
