Sierra-Cedar, Inc. was formed as the result of a July 2014 merger, combining the operations of Sierra Systems US, Inc., CedarCrestone, Inc., Io Consulting, Inc., and Analytic Vision, Inc. Sierra-Cedar is a Delaware corporation registered to do business in all U.S. states. As affiliated companies under common ownership, the four companies have worked together for years prior to the merger by integrating solution capabilities and delivery teams to provide superior results to our joint customers. The merger is a natural evolution to more fully integrate the businesses under common brand, management, and operational processes.
