Air India 'Diwali Dhamaka Sale' offers tickets starting from Rs 1,777

Air India on Wednesday announced that it has slashed prices of tickets starting at Rs 1,777. According to the airline's statement, the 'Diwali Dhamaka' sale is the latest promotional offer by the airline.
“Under the Air India Diwali Dhamaka offer, which is available from November 3-7, flyers get to book and travel at low fares starting at Rs 1,777 (all inclusive) on its domestic network,” the airline said.
The offer is valid till November 7 and it covers travel period between January 15 and April 15, 2016.
The offer is only applicable on domestic flights which includes domestic leg of the international flights.
Other airlines like SpiceJet had also offered tickets starting with Rs 749 for domestic sector as their 'Diwali Sale' last week.

China is gearing up to launch a robotic spacecraft on a mission to bring back samples from the dark side of the moon. This mission is prelude to three challenging missions aimed at achieving a Chinese crewed landing and establishing a base on the lunar South pole. And it will also be the world's first attempt at collecting samples from the other side of the moon.

The Japanese yen hit its weakest levels since April 1990 on Monday, in trading thinned by a holiday in Japan and attempts by traders to test key levels and stop-loss orders in a nervous, illiquid market.
