External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and his wife, Kyoko Jaishankar, cast their vote at a polling booth in Delhi's NDMC School of Science and Humanities, Tughlaq Crescent for the Delhi assembly polls.

After casting his vote, Jaishankar said, "I have been an early voter...I think the public is in a mood for change."

Ukraine was prepared to engage in negotiations to end its nearly three-year-old war with Russia, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, but he stressed that the United States and Europe also had to take part in any talks.

Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Atishi on Tuesday lashed out at the Election Commission after she was charged for alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) ahead of the Delhi Assembly election.
