The overall air quality in Delhi stood at 'very poor' on Tuesday with at Air Quality Index (AQI) floating at 363. Old Delhi's Chandani Chowk witnessed a 'severe' AQI of 466 while Mathura road saw 406. Adjoining Noida recorded a 'severe' air quality with the AQI standing at 447.

An AQI between 0-50 is considered good, 51-100 is satisfactory, 101-200 moderate, 201-300 poor, 301-400 very poor and 401-500 is marked as severe/hazardous.

Realty firm Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has agreed to sell commercial projects in Mumbai and Gurugram to global investment firm Blackstone for an enterprise value of Rs 810.7 crore.

The Mumbai-based developer said that the company and its certain subsidiaries, have entered into definitive agreement(s) with entities controlled by The Blackstone Group to divest the entire stake in Mariana Infrastructure Limited (which owns commercial project at Gurugram) and the commercial assets/development at Mumbai, at an aggregate enterprise value of about Rs 810.7 crore.

Amid clouds over the legal battle regarding $4.5-billion claim by the government towards profit and royalty from Panna, Mukta and Tapti (PMT) fields, state-run Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has physically taken over the PMT fields from Reliance Industries (RIL) and Shell.

The government had approached the Delhi High Court seeking to block RIL’s stake sale plans, including the -$15-billion deal with Saudi Aramco, citing non-payment of an international arbitral award to the tune of $4.5 billion on PMT.
