TBX Resources, Inc. is an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, production and development of proven domestic reserves. TBX Resources was formed in November of 1994 by its founder, Tim Burroughs. In 2006 TBX Resources, Inc. had proved reserves of 14,953 barrels of oil and 61.6 million cu. ft. of natural gas. Approximately 70% of TBX Resources, Inc. proved reserves are in the form of oil. TBX Resources owns or has interests in 23 oil wells in East Texas, two in Wise County, Texas, and four in the Anadarko Basin. Founder Tim Burroughs, the TB in TBX Resources, owns 9.4% of TBX Resources outright, and a further 13.1% through his family trust. TBX Resources also owns interest in 2 producing oil wells in Wise County; 1 producing gas well in Parker County; and 5 producing gas wells in Denton County, Texas, as well as a minor interest in 3 wells in Ellis County, Oklahoma. Tengasco, Inc. was formerly known as Onasco Companies, Inc. and changed its name to Tengasco, Inc. in 1995 as a result of merger with Tengasco, Inc. Tengasco, Inc. was founded in 1916 and is based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Teton Energy Corporation focuses on the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas in North America. Texalta Petroleum Ltd. is an oil and gas company engaged in the exploration, acquisition and development of prospective oil & gas properties, primarily in Saskatchewan, and an 82% interest in Exploration Permits EP 103 and EP 104 in the Northern Territory of Australia. Texalta Petroleum also has an interest in exploration permits in the Northern Territory of Australia, but it is focusing on its Canadian activities.In Canada, Texalta's main focus at this time is in the Wordsworth and West Queensdale project areas in southeast Saskatchewan. A new horizontal well in the Wordsworth area was completed on June 9, 2006 resulted in a new pool discovery where Texalta as Operator holds a 47.5% working interest. At the present time exploration activities are being directed at the Mississippian Alida, and deeper Palaeozoic plays of Southeastern Saskatchewan as well as Leduc Reef and Mesozoic plays in Central Alberta. Texalta Petroleum Ltd. also has a working interest in a project in the Wordsworth area of Saskatchewan and also works as that project's operator.

TG World Energy is an exploration and production company that concentrates its activities on an oil and gas concession in Niger, West Africa. TG World Energy Corp. has a joint venture with a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) to explore, develop, and produce in Niger's Tenere Block. TG World holds a 20% interest in the permit. In 2003 the Niger government gave the 8.6 million-acre permit to CNPC after terminating TG's lease. TG World hopes that oil discoveries in the block will lead to the construction of a new oil pipeline to link with pipelines in Algeria, Libya, Nigeria, or the Sudan. TG World Energy Corp. also has a minority share in a joint venture exploration unit in Alaska.
