Italgrani U.S.A. puts the flour in the fusilli, the pasta on your plate. Italgrani U.S.A. company purchases grain directly from US farmers in the Midwest, as well as through the Grain Exchange in Minneapolis and turns it into durum and semolina flour. Its distributes its products to pasta manufacturers throughout the US. Headquartered in St. Louis, Italgrani operates grain elevators in North Dakota, wheat mills in St. Louis and the Boston area, and a trading operation in Minneapolis (subsidiary Mayco Export). Italgrani U.S.A. is a subsidiary of bankrupt Italian grain producer, Italgrani S.p.A.
