This was done by excavating small pits across the flood plain of the local drainages in the area. This work recovered over 40,000 oz of gold, mostly within these alluvial gravels.Loncor initiated an exploration program at Manguredjipa in August 2009 and at the Yindi prospect in Ngayu March 2010.
