Asia Standard Hotel Group Limited - Stock Code : 292 ("ASH") has been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") since 25th July 2000. It is an exempted company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability, the issued Shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange and a 56.88% subsidiary of Asia Standard International.
