EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) is an emerging leader in the Infection Prevention industry; producing disinfecting, sanitizing and cleaning products designed to help prevent the spread of infectious microorganisms, while minimizing the harmful effects to people, surfaces and the environment. ESI began with a single goal—reduce biological risks, both natural and man-made with minimum risk to customers, application surface and the environment. The Company has developed and has trade secret rights to what it believes to be a unique and proprietary chemical emulsion biocide technology platform.

ESI is positioned to directly address growing niche markets that demand infection prevention products with a favorable efficacy/safety profile, while aligning with strategic partners for consumer markets. The Company is focused on three (3) product groups: (1) surface disinfectants/sanitizers/cleaners, (2) animal care products, and (3) personal care products. The ESI Solution: products for multiple applications that rapidly destroy a wide range of disease-causing microorganisms without attendant danger to the user, surface or the environment.

ESI is the operating company and wholly owned subsidiary of the publicly traded company, Anpath Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPG). ANPG is the result of a reverse merger of Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. (TSN) and EnviroSystems, Inc. (TSN completed the private placement). The holding company name was changed from TSN to Anpath Group, Inc. (Anpath literally translated means “the absence of disease”) to more closely align the Company name with current products and future infection prevention initiaves, and does not limit the addition of other businesses that target different approaches to the core mission.
