NuStar Energy L.P.’s history has been filled with dramatic growth and success, rising from humble beginnings in 2001 to become the rising star of the energy industry today. The partnership made its successful initial public offering (IPO) on April 16, 2001, with one of the best one-day performances of any master limited partnership IPO ever. NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (NYSE: NSH) owns general partner and limited partner interests in NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE: NS), one of the nation's largest asphalt refiners and marketers and operators of petroleum product terminals and petroleum liquids pipelines. The general partner manages the business affairs of NuStar Energy L.P., which is a master limited partnership based in San Antonio, with 8,417 miles of pipeline, 82 terminal facilities and four crude oil storage facilities. It has assets strategically located in major U.S. markets and in the Netherlands Antilles, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. NuStar Energy L.P.'s asphalt refineries, refined product terminals, petroleum and specialty liquids storage and terminaling operations, and crude oil storage tank facilities are predominantly located on waterways that are easily accessible by barge or vessel. Altogether, these facilities have over 91 million barrels of storage capacity. NuStar Energy L.P.'s crude oil and refined products pipeline systems largely serve growing markets in the Mid-Continent, Southwest and Texas-Mexico border region of the United States.

The Olympic Pipe Line Company, operated by BP Pipelines, North America, is a 400-mile interstate pipeline system that includes 12-inch, 14-inch, 16-inch, and 20-inch pipelines. The pipeline runs along a 299-mile corridor from Blaine, Washington to Portland, Oregon. The system transports gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. This fuel originates at four Puget Sound refineries, two in Whatcom County and two in Skagit County, and is delivered to Seattle's Harbor Island, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Olympia and Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. BP Pipelines (North America) is the second largest liquids pipeline company in the U.S. transporting over 450 million barrel-miles of oil, refined products, natural gas liquids, carbon dioxide, and chemicals daily - about 9 percent of the U.S. Liquids pipeline market. Beyond our core operations, we participate in various joint venture pipelines, several of which we operate.

ONEOK Partners gasses up and ships its products through interstate natural gas pipelines in 10 states. Its pipelines include Midwestern Gas Transmission, Guardian Pipeline, Viking Gas Transmission, and OkTex Pipeline. It operates 14,300 miles of gas-gathering pipeline and 5,630 miles of transportation pipeline, as well as gas processing plants and storage facilities. It also owns one of the US's top natural gas liquids (NGL) systems, and operates a parking garage and leases office space in Tulsa. ONEOK holds a 46% stake in ONEOK Partners and 100% of its general partner.

Through Panhandle Energy, Southern Union owns and operates 100% of Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, Trunkline Gas Company, Sea Robin Pipeline Company, Southwest Gas Storage Company and Trunkline LNG Company – one of North America’s largest liquefied natural gas import terminals. Through CCE Holdings, LLC, Southern Union also owns 50 percent interest in Citrus Corp., which owns 100% of the Florida Gas Transmission pipeline system. Southern Union’s pipeline interests operate more than 15,000 miles of interstate pipelines that transport natural gas from the Anadarko and San Juan basins, the Rocky Mountains, the Gulf of Mexico, South Texas and Mobile Bay to major markets in the Southeast, Midwest and Great Lakes region. The pipelines have a combined delivery capacity of 7.4 billion cubic feet per day and 87 billion cubic feet of underground storage. Trunkline LNG Company’s import terminal in Louisiana has 9 billion cubic feet of liquid storage facilities.
