That system was though offered with some benefits as well, like, if we buy 1kg of Butter 760gms of Ghee will be procured later. In 1970's then the Butter was being packed in Banana leaf that gives a special fragrance to Butter while melting to Ghee and the quality and quantity were tend to be known. Nowadays people buy Butter and Coffee Powders sold in a petty provision shops, which lead to the degrading of quality generally.Later, Mr. M. Sundaram, with the help of his wife S. Valliammai start preparing all the Masala Powders and Instant Rice Mix Powders by roasting on her own and both of them worked dedicatedly for the improvement of the business, which flourished well and got a good will and reputation among the general public as the items sold were fresh , unbeaten quality and a feel of homemade.
