Shares of Talbros Automotive Components rallied 8 per cent to hit a new high of Rs 442 on Tuesday, extending Monday's 7 per cent surge on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

In the past six trading days, the stock of the auto ancillary company has zoomed 49 per cent after ace investor Vijay Kedia bought nearly 2 per cent stake in the company via open market.

Shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) were down 2.55 per cent at Rs 2,135 on the BSE in Tuesday's intra-day deal ahead of the lock-in period of anchor investors getting over. The stock of fashion and cosmetics online retailer was trading lower for fourth straight day, falling 14 per cent during the period.

The lock-in period for anchor investors will get over on Wednesday, December 8. The company had raised Rs 2,396 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial share-sale last month.

Shares of IFCI continued their northward movement for the second straight day on back of heavy volumes. The stock has rallied 9 per cent to Rs 16.29 on the BSE in Tuesday’s intra-day trade, and was trading closer to its 52-week high of Rs 16.40 touched on June 24, 2021.

In the past one week, the stock has zoomed 39 per cent, after the rating agency said that the rating outlook will be changed to 'Stable' if IFCI’s strategic importance to the government of India (GoI) increases significantly along with the infusion of sizeable capital.

Reliance Industries (RIL) on Monday has raised $736 million in green loan to fund the acquisition of solar panel maker, REC Solar Holdings. This will be first such financing for the Mukesh Ambani-owned company.

REC Solar is the borrower while Reliance New Energy Solar is the guarantor, as per local media reports.

Realty firm Godrej Properties Ltd on Monday said it has entered into a joint venture (JV) with TDI group to build a luxury housing project at Connaught Place in Central Delhi.

In a regulatory filing, Godrej Properties informed that the project would have a development potential of about 1.25 lakh square feet saleable area.

WhatsApp said on Monday that the users will now have the option to turn on disappearing messages by default for all new chats and also control how long they want the messages to be visible.

Vedanta Ltd on Monday said it has decided to extend the date by which holders can surrender their American Depositary Shares to the depositary in exchange for the underlying equity shares of the company from December 8 to January 10 next year.

Holders of American Depositary Shares (ADS) can now surrender their ADSs at any time on or prior to January 10, 2022, Vedanta said.

Air India and SpiceJet have outstanding dues of Rs 2,350 crore and Rs 185 crore respectively to the Airports Authority of India (AAI) as on September this year, Minister of State for Civil Aviation V K Singh said on Monday.

Some airlines have defaulted on clearance of their dues, Singh said in written response to a question in Rajya Sabha.

The stock of telecom services provider was trading at its highest level since May 8, 2019 and has surged 38 per cent in the last four trading sessions. With the current rally, the market value of VIL has zoomed 235 per cent from its 52-week low level of Rs 4.55 touched on August 5, 2021.
